Attorney, Busayo Fasidi
Fasidi’s personal immigration journey began when she was admitted to the United States of America in 2002 under the F1 category as an unmarried daughter of a citizen. This culminated in her naturalization in 2008 – the same year when she founded Olubusayo Fasidi PC.
Ms. Fasidi has successfully represented clients in different immigration matters before the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), and the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA).
Further testament to her expertise, Ms. Fasidi has testified in the gubernatorial election of the Lagos State in Nigeria as an expert witness in U.S immigration law.
Ms. Fasidi’s educational background includes a master’s degree in international law from the University of Houston Law Center and a bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Ibadan,Nigeria. She is also a proud member of The State Bar of Texas, The Texas Bar College, and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
