ABOUT THE LEAD ATTORNEY

Busayo Fasidi's personal immigration journey began when she was admitted to the United States of America in 2002 under the F1 category as an unmarried daughter of a citizen. This culminated in her naturalization in 2008—the same year she founded Olubusayo Fasidi PC.

Ms. Fasidi is a passionate and dedicated immigration attorney who has successfully represented clients seeking immigration benefits before the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), and the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA).
